The one problem is however, when we try to use or send data to a program that is not compatible with the one that we are using or normally use.

Of course if it was up to the individual companies they would want people all on the same program. On their software of course. Still, the main thing is to be in touch and have the opportunity to contact people we need to talk to. This is important for both business and our personal lives.
